During the COVID Pandemic I made a conscious effort to improve my immune system by reducing my consumption of ultra-processed foods and added sugars.

I noticed that these changes not only helped me boost my immunity but also reduced my brain fog and increased my energy levels.

By making healthier food choices and focusing on whole, nutritious foods, I was able to feel more alert and focused throughout the day.

It's amazing how much of a difference the proper food choices can make in overall well-being, especially during challenging times.

After attending The T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition, and receiving my certification I knew it was time for the masses to understand the power of proper nutrition.

There is a place where life and its many challenges seem to be less overwhelming and more controllable.

Where getting up in the morning is something you look forward to with less brain fog and plenty of energy to start your day .

Give me twenty one days of just consuming a whole food plant based diet while still getting all the protein needed and eating as much as you like.

Goodbye to the morning fog and a tired body and hello to a place where the rhythm of life takes over and everything looks tastes and feels better.

Remember this is all about you and your passion for living your best life and it starts with making the proper balance of more plant based options less added sugars and ultra-processed foods.
